We have launched an initiative to help professionals working in the field of family support—FS Pro.
This initiative prompted new collaborations with Children’s Home Society, Lutheran Community Services, and the City of Seattle, aimed at providing training and opportunities to share the best practices to increase your effectiveness in working with Washington families.
To receive information about opportunities for partnership, sign up for FS Pro, a monthly newsletter focused on providing resources to professionals in the field of family support.
Allow us to help you spread the word to families about the programs and events that you offer. We will post your programs and events on our Parent Education and Support Calendar. Submit events for your center to info@childrenstrust.org.
The Washington Higher Education Coordinating Board supports low-income middle school students and their families with its College Bound Scholarship Program. Eligible students receive full tuition to a Washington State college or university.
Community Cafés provide parents with support and help them to become empowered members of their communities.
