Erica works as a trusted advisor at Looking Glass Consulting, helping clients achieve the results required by their strategy, increasing their organization's capability to execute daily performance. Erica brings both an internal and external perspective having held executive level positions in companies representing multiple industries, the federal government and within respected consulting companies. Erica’s leadership skills were honed with responsibilities for business units, geographies, functions, executive coaching and teams. Her experience in optimizing change and organization performance has been gained over the course of more than twenty years designing solutions with clients ranging from Fortune 50 companies to entrepreneurial organizations.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree earned through the Honors program at Queens College, CUNY in Human Relations with an emphasis on Organization Development, Team Dynamics and Training. Her Master of Arts degree is from Hunter College, CUNY in the field of Counseling Psychology.
Outside of work Erica has a passion for music and dance, a thirst for new ideas fed by reading outside of her field, and is forever trying to improve her golf game. She also admits to being a “Foodie” and enjoys experimenting with new recipes on her friends.
