2009-2010 Board Affairs Committee
The Board Affairs Committee is charged with general oversight of the health, vitality, and productivity of the Board as a whole and its individual members. The Board Affairs Committee: (1) works with the Executive Director to determine the timing and nature of board trainings when necessary; (2) reviews and recommends by-law amendments; (3) reviews board member nominations, and (4) tracks board member terms.
